RoryRORY MCENTEE

Practice Areas: Rory has a vast amount of expertise in all areas of law, especially conveyancing and litigation matters. He is the Law Agent to Meath County Council, a role in which he acts inter alia as an advisor on its statutory and corporate responsibilities (he also represents the Health Service Executive with regard to preschool services and hygiene matters). Rory is a former Chairman of the Law Society Conveyancing Committee and a former member of the Law Reform Commission Advisory Committee on Conveyancing.  He is a co-author of a Book on Farm Family Partnerships and has delivered many lectures to the profession throughout the country on all legal matters.

PETER HIGGINS

:Peter has extensive experience mainly in the field of court work in acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury actions, commercial litigation and equity proceedings.  Peter has also extensive experience in making applications to have persons taken into wardship and dealing with the person and the estate of wards.
Peter has a keen interest in politics and is a County Councillor. Peter is also involved in a number of charitable and social organisations around the Trim area.



ANNIE WALSH

Practice Areas: Annie has extensive experience in litigation (both civil and criminal) with particular emphasis on Family Law.    She is also an Accredited Mediator and holds a Certificate in Advanced Advocacy from the Law Society of Ireland.  Annie is a member of the Garda Síochána Complaints Tribunal.  She is also a member of the Citizens Information Committee in Trim and gives legal advice to the CIC/FLAC Centre in Navan.  Annie often gives lectures in Family Law to Committee based and local organisations.  She is a member of the Family Lawyers Association and also a member of the sub-committee on Circuit Court Costs relating to Family Law.

ANTHONY MURPHY

Practise Areas: Anthony worked with the European Commission, Legal Service, Competition Law Dept in Brussels 1979/80 and practised in Dublin and Carrick on Shannon before taking up a post in Regan McEntee & Partners. Anthony specialises in conveyancing and company law with emphasis on commercial conveyancing, property development and company acquisitions. Anthony is a Past President of Trim Chamber of Commerce 2002/2004 and a member of Carrick on Shannon Canoe Club

CORA HIGGINS

Practice Areas: Cora worked for 8 years as a primary school teacher in County Meath prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996.  Cora’s main areas of work are Conveyancing and Probate where she acts in the purchase, sale and lease of houses, apartments and land aswell as in the acquisition of lands pursuant to Compulsory Purchase Orders for the public authoritiy department, Cora also acts on behalf of other Public Bodies.  Cora heads up the probate department where her work includes the preparation of wills, estate planning and the administration of estates.



MIRIAM REGAN

Professional:               Admitted as Solicitor, 1997

Practice Areas: Miriam has worked with the firm since 1994, and she now runs the  District Court section which includes all Criminal, Family Law applications (Domestic Violence, Maintenance, Guardianship of Infants Act etc), Licensing, Civil cases – Road traffic matters, Debt collection etc. Miriam also prosecutes on behalf of the Public Authority Department in the District Court for offences committed under the Litter Pollution Acts, the Waste Management Act and other Environmental Legislation.
